Hey everyone,
I have some exciting news for you… a special TAI TV will be up this Sunday at 8pm, make sure you check it out on our website “theacademyis.com” it has some footage from one of our new favorite places… Chile. I don’t want to give it all away but we had a great time, the weather there was just like Sydney.
I’m looking forward to the Give It A Name festival in the UK, as well as Groezrock in Belgium, which the Get Up Kids are apparently playing which is pretty sweet if you ask me!
We also updated our myspace a few days ago with 2 new songs, “The Test” and “His Girl Friday” I saw the DVD cover to the movie called “His Girl Friday” yesterday in a store.. I should have bought it… It’s a 60s film I think, it also has nothing to do with our song… Except the title! Anyways, check those songs out if you haven’t already… Do so!

Tengo grandes noticias para ustedes.. un especial de TAITV saldra al aire este Domingo a las 8pm, no se olviden de ir a nuestro sitio “theacademyis.com”, tiene de uno de nuestros nuevos lugares favoritos… Chile. No quiero decirlo todo pero tuvimos un gran tiempo alli, el clima era igual que en Sydney.
Estoy esperando con interés el festival Give It a Name en el Reino Unido, así como Groezrock en Bélgica, el Get Up Kids estaran aparentemente tocando lo que es bastante dulce si me preguntan!
Tambien hemos subido a nuestro myspace hace algunos dias dos nuevas canciones, “The Test” y “His Girl Friday”. Vi el DVD de la pelicula llamada “His Girl Friday” ayer en una tienda.. tuve que haberla comprado.. es una pelicula de los 60’s creo, que no tiene nada que ver con nuestra cancion.. salvo el titulo!. Igual, chequea esas canciones. Si no lo has hecho aun.. hazlo!
